A journal that reads back
A quiet place to notice how you are.
Check in in ten seconds. Write what you can’t say out loud. Lowkei keeps it on your phone and shows you the weather of your weeks.

It notices, so you don’t have to keep score.
Most days you just name how you are. Over weeks, Lowkei finds what lifts you and what drains you — from your own words, on your own phone.
Check in.
Pick heavy, wound up, bright or easy, then the closest word. Add what it was around if you like.
Put it down.
Vent is a page nobody else reads. Keep it, or let it go when you’re done.
See the weather.
Thirty days become a ring of Inner Weather — clear, mild, overcast, fog or storm.
Small, honest tools for ordinary days.

A reading built from your own patterns.
Each morning, Lowkei turns your check-ins and sleep into a short reading — what tends to help, what to go easy on. It’s worked out on your phone, from your numbers, never your words.
- Do and don’t, from what’s actually lifted you
- Share the day’s reading as a card
- Low-day mode asks for nothing when things are heavy
Your Mind Chart
Your placements, drawn from ninety days.
When you’ve checked in for two weeks, Lowkei draws your Mind Chart: your nights, your lightest hours, how heavy days show up, and what tends to restore or drain you.
- Every placement shows the numbers behind it
- Placements still filling in say so
- Wrapped tells the month back, from day thirty
The Mirror
Ask the question you keep circling.
The Mirror is an AI you can talk things through with — software, not a person, and not a therapist. It only switches on if you say so, and it only knows what you choose to show it.
- Tap speak to talk instead of type; your phone turns it into text
- “What the Mirror knows” is a page you can read and edit
- Answers that rely on it say which note they used

Let a few people see your weather. Nothing else.
Add the people you trust. They see one word for your day and when you’re running low — never your words, notes or check-ins. A nudge says “thinking of you” without a single question.
- Twelve people at most, by invite code
- “Running low” clears itself after a day
- Alerts never show names or feelings on a lock screen
Calm
Breathe out for longer than you breathe in.
Guided breathing, grounding and sounds, one tap from every screen. If it’s more than a bad day, crisis lines for your country and your own safety plan are right there — free, always.
- Double sigh, box breathing and 4·7·8
- A safety plan you write for yourself
- Crisis lines for your country
Private by design, not by setting.
Lowkei was built so the private parts never need a server. What you write is encrypted on your phone. You can download all of it, or erase all of it, in one tap.
Asked, quietly.
Is Lowkei therapy?
No. Lowkei is a journal and mood tracker. It can help you notice patterns, but it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and it isn’t a substitute for a professional. If you’re in danger, call your local emergency number — in India, 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416. Lowkei lists more crisis lines under calm → help.
Who can read what I write?
Only you. Check-ins, vent pages, letters and your Mirror conversation are stored on your phone, encrypted with SQLCipher. They aren’t uploaded to our servers. You can add an app lock as well.
Does the Mirror use AI?
Yes. The Mirror and vent reflections are written by an AI model, and the app says so before you start. It’s off unless you switch on AI reflections. When it’s on, the message you send passes through our server to Groq to get a reply; neither keeps it, and Groq doesn’t train on it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Lowkei is free, and every feature — the Mirror, your charts, Circle, calm — is open to everyone. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes — on iPhone, Lowkei runs in Safari. Open getlowkei.vercel.app/app, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like any other app — with the daily reminder, letters and Circle alerts (iOS 16.4 or later). Voice and Health Connect are Android-only for now.
Do I need an account?
Yes — an email is all it takes. You sign up and sign in with a six-digit code sent to your inbox, so there’s no password to remember, and your account, circle and settings follow you to a new phone. We only ever email you sign-in codes.
Does Lowkei share my health data?
No. If you connect Health Connect, your sleep, steps and heart-rate data are read on your phone and stay there. They aren’t sent to us, to the AI service, or to anyone else, and never used for ads.
How do I delete everything?
In the app, go to You → Erase → erase everything. It deletes your account on our server and everything on the phone, straight away. You can download a copy of your data first from You → Your data.
